The beauty of the surroundings added a unique touch to our experience. 2. Friendly Front Desk: The front desk staff were courteous and accommodating. They managed to check us in slightly ahead of the official time, which was a pleasant surprise. This level of service left a positive impression on our stay. 3. Stylish Ambiance: The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had Portuguese character. The artwork on the walls added to the local flavor. The lively street view from our windows was nice. 4. Practical Storage: The availability of a well-equipped storage closet, complete with a shelf and extra bedding, made keeping our belongings organized hassle-free. This attention to detail enhanced the overall comfort of our stay.
1. Design Quirks for Families: Families traveling with children should be aware of a couple of design quirks. The lack of a door to the bedroom might raise concerns about privacy and noise. The placement of the router unit outside our apartment door resulted in poor connectivity within the apartment, especially in the living room area. Window Maintenance: The right side window in our apartment felt loosely secured, which was a minor but noticeable issue.

Beautiful big rooms, lots of natural light and nice feel. Big bed and very central location (although right on a hill!). Great art work on walls and felt In the middle of things while not stuck in a tourist trap
Very small, thin towels. For a three night stay - they didn’t clean and we had to restock toilet paper ourselves.

The hotel was beautiful in the very centre of Lisabon.
Location in very centre of Lisbon Rooms were spacious We had early check in Amazing views
The roooms were not very soundproof No cleaning of the room, we would have to pay extra. You had to pay for toilet papers, shampoo, soap, which is odd (even hotels half the price in Portugal did these services), I don’t think it’s extra expense for the hotel, but as a visitor it’s something you notice and it’s quite inconvenient. I would give 10/10 otherwise.
